Cancellation Conditions
Return Process:
- Customers can return the service purchased through Moowifi Communication and Automation Industry Limited Company within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Return requests should be communicated to the customer service department via the contact information provided by the company.
Conditions for Return:
- The service to be returned must not have been activated or used by the customer.
- Return requests will not be accepted after the service has been used.
Return Procedure:
- After receiving the return request, the customer service department will inform the customer.
- Once the return request is approved, detailed information about the return process will be provided to the customer.
Return Fee:
- If return requests are due to customer-related reasons, the return fee is the responsibility of the customer.
- If return requests are due to an issue within the company's control, the return fee will be covered by the company.
Return Conditions:
- All information and documents related to the service must be provided in full during the return request.
- Return requests should include a clear statement that the service has not been initiated or used.
Conditions for Rejecting Returns:
- Return requests may be rejected if the service has been used or activated.
- Failure to comply with return conditions may result in the rejection of the return process.
Refund After Return:
- After the return request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source (credit card, bank account, etc.).
